Electrical waste, scrap metal and large mixed waste items are collected at four collection points.
During spring 2024 Rööri Recycling Days in Jätkäsaari will be held on:
- Saturday 23.3.2024 from 10pm to 4pm
- Saturday 20.4.2024 from 10pm to 4pm
- Saturday 25.5.2024 from 10pm to 4pm
This waste collection campaign is only for residents using the Rööri waste collection system. Please show your RÖÖRI key at the collection point.

1. Parking area at the intersection of street Länsisatamankatu and street Välimerenkatu, at the tram turning point.
2. Park, at the end of the street Juutinraumankatu, at the edge of the park Hyväntoivonpuisto

4. Kanariankuja, at the turning point
WHAT YOU CAN BRING:
LARGE MIXED WASTE:
carpets, mattresses, buckets, folders, small furniture etc.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC WASTE:
television, home appliance, mobile phone, computer, small appliances, power tools, batteries and lamps, etc.
SCRAP METAL:
bicycle, prams, grills, pots, tools, metal containers, metal furniture, etc.
DO NOT BRING:
HAZARDOUS WASTE:
• paints, solvents, liquid batteries

• waste containing asbestos

• pressure treated timber
