Strike on the transport sector delays the waste management in the capital region.

We instruct all residents in Jätkäsaari to avoid bringing large cardboard and cardboard packages to the sorting rooms during the strike, so that the waste bins would not be overfilled.

The automated waste collection system is working as usual.

Strike is estimated to continue until Tuesday 21st of February 12.00 pm.
