We conducted a customer survey for R\u00d6\u00d6RI customers at the turn of March and received responses from 282 residents of the J\u00e4tk\u00e4saari area.<\/p>\n

Most residents, over 93%, carefully sort their waste and utilize sorting rooms. The usability ratings of the pipe collection system were mostly very good, but there is still need for improvement in the sorting rooms.<\/p>\n

The overall rating for R\u00d6\u00d6RI’s waste service was good 3.8 (on a scale of 1-5).<\/p>\n

We also received many good comments and suggestions for improvement. During the spring, we will further analyze the responses and take steps to further develop the waste service.<\/p>\n

Among the respondents, 5 gift vouchers worth \u20ac 50 were awarded for breakfast at Clarion Hotel in J\u00e4tk\u00e4saari. The following were selected as the winners by the drawing machine: Jukka P., Elina H., Miki L, Sointu T. and Elia H. We will email the winners instructions on how to obtain their gift cards.<\/p>\n
